The registration fees for GIIC 2026 are categorized based on the type of participation and the timing of the payment. All participants (including authors, researchers, and attendees) must register to access the conference sessions and materials.
1. Physical Attendance (On-Site in Malaysia)
This category includes access to all keynote sessions, parallel technical tracks, conference kit (bag, printed program, and notepad), printed certificate of participation, daily lunch, and coffee breaks.

2. Virtual Attendance (Online/Hybrid)
Designed for participants who cannot travel. This includes live streaming of sessions, virtual presentation slots, e-certificates, and inclusion of the paper in the digital proceedings.

3. Publication & Academic Charges
- Conference Proceedings: The registration fee covers the publication of one accepted paper in the official conference proceedings as a book chapter.
- Scopus & Springer Journals: High-quality papers selected for Scopus-indexed journals or Springer Nature series may be subject to additional Article Processing Charges (APC) as required by the specific publisher.
- Extra Paper: If an author wishes to present more than one paper, a fee of $150 applies per additional submission.

Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation Policy: 50% refund for cancellations before August 1st, 2026. No refunds will be issued after September 1st, 2026.
- Group Discount: Research groups (3+ members from the same institution) are eligible for a 15% discount. Please email us for a discount code.
- Institutional Verification: Student registrants must provide a valid university ID during the registration process.
